I'm starting to get a bit peeved at my foot. Don't get me wrong! I love my foot. I just wish it would start feeling better. Part of my quest for getting into shape involves walking, and then running. Of course, since my feet bear my weight when I walk, or run, or stand, it doesn't get the rest in needs.
I think in high school, a good majority of my Junior and Senior years were spent hobbling around on sprained ankles. As soon as I could bear weight on them, I was running again.
